Your donations to the Professor Edouard Tite Alliance for Language and Learning directly support immigrant and asylum seeker communities through our key initiatives:

What We Offer:

Interpreter Training Clinics: Our core program provides comprehensive training for bilingual individuals to become qualified interpreters.

Our Next Clinic Starts March 19th, 2025!

Each 65-hour clinic includes:

• Remote via Zoom

• 60 hours of specialized legal and medical interpretation training

• 5 hours of professional interviews and assessment tests

• Certificate of completion for successful graduates

• Access to on-demand interpreting work opportunities (OPI and VRI)

• Cost of $900 per participant, covering fair wages for our instructors and teaching assistants

Language Access Services (Coming Soon): Through our trained Interpreters and Translators, we help break down communication barriers for immigrants navigating healthcare, education, and legal systems.

Financial Literacy Education (Coming Soon): We will soon provide native-language instruction on essential financial topics, helping newcomers understand banking systems, credit building, and retirement planning.

Every donation helps:

• $100 will support training materials for an interpreter clinic participant

• $150 will provide one hour of interpretation services in languages of greater diffusion (common); for less common languages, Contact Us

• $225 covers one-quarter of a participant's interpreter training

• $450 will fund half of one participant's complete interpreter training

• $900 sponsors one participant's full interpreter training clinic

• Your support creates pathways to professional opportunities while expanding language access in our communities.
